Bloomingstacker #23- This Bloomingstacker has a bit of a dramatic flair when it come to his clothing. He loves his over the top samuri-esque mushroom hat and his ruffley collar of feathers. But he is not conceited, he wears his costume so the flowers will not feel awkward in their bright colors. He is quite friendly and can carry on a conversation with ease. His favorite topic of conversation is what his new name will be. So when he gets a new home I am sure he will have plenty to say on the topic.
