Bloomingstacker #16 has a personality to match his hat. He loves to play jokes and constantly has a mischievous twinkle in his eyes. He will hide behind plants waiting for the perfect moment to pop out and present you with a flower or sneak up behind you and tickle your ears with one of his feathers. But don’t let his antics fool you, he has a big heart and can’t wait for the day someone takes him home and gives him a name of his own.
