#88-This Bloomer is a very well mannered Bloomer. He is quite but quite affable. He does have one particular quirk though. He loves polka dots. Guinea feathers as a result are his favorite. And since they are so hard to find naturally he has taken to sewing his own hats from scrapes of polka dot fabric he finds discarded. So if you decide to take him home and give him a name all he needs to be happy is a new scrap of dotted fabric and a guinea feather now and then.
