Well the show in Raleigh went great! Last year we had multiple tornadoes with which to contend. This year we just had a quick sprinkle which sparked a mad dash to get everything under the tent. Luckily it only lasted about 5 minutes so everything got to go right back out. But the nice weather really just served as a backdrop for the great people we got to meet. This show is the smallest show I do. It is at a private home with only 10-12 artists set up. But the hostesses, the help and the vendors are so much fun! Accept for the set up and break down it did not feel much like work:) Plus I also made some sales! Eternally Devoted, Ebeneezer the Owl, Bloomingstackers and prints found new homes. It was a great start to the show season. After the lack luster shows of last fall the sales gave me that boost of confidence I needed to get excited about the up coming show seasons. So thanks to everyone who came out and especially to those who took home pieces!
