Thanksgiving Break

I took a bit of a long Thanksgiving break. It was much needed and much enjoyed. I spent a lot of time photographing over break. I actually spent some time teaching my mom to take photos-off of the automatic setting that is. I have discovered in the past couple months I enjoy teaching people how to take photographs or giving a few pointers here and there. I am no professor, but I try to share what I learned works for me. It is rewarding in its own way to see people start to enjoy an activity that you love, to watch someone’s face light up when they get a photo they are proud of and to hear them start to appreciate all the work that goes into getting a good photograph.
