Bloomingstacker #95 have a style all his own. He loves top hats, but he just can’t stand having an all black hat. He thinks that is mighty boring. So he likes to dress it up with mushrooms and let birds nest on top. That way he always has a little color to brighten up his day. But what would brighten his day the most is getting a permanent home and a name of his own.
